We can still obtain OSCAR dry dog food despite the closure of OSCAR Pet Foods Ltd. Our product range is continuously being expanded to include Tuskie’s products, such as treats.

Shipping & Delivery:

Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday using Royal Mail Tracked 24. For same day dispatch, orders must be placed by 11:30 am.

We provide free delivery for all orders over £33.95 to mainland UK; use the code SHIP4FREE at checkout.  For orders below this amount, there is a flat rate postage fee of £5.95.

Returns and Refunds:

To return an item, send it to [ADDRESS] in perfect condition within 30 days of purchase. You must include a covering note and a copy of your order confirmation. Returns are at your own expense. Once we receive your item, we will arrange a full refund.

• Maximum pack weight of 5kg for dry food only.

• At least [75%] of the food (by weight) must be returned to Tuskie’s Pet Food.

• Include a letter explaining why you and your pet are dissatisfied with the product, along with your name and address.

• Returned products must not be out-of-date.

• Supply proof of postage cost.

• Products will be refunded at the purchase price plus postage cost.
